My Background
Based in the Southeast U.S., I discovered my passion for photography at a young age, inspired by my relatives’ slide shows, home movies, and trips to the cinema. A new camera, gifted to me for my college graduation, combined with a transformative trip to Australia and New Zealand, solidified photography as one of my life’s greatest passions.
My artistic journey has evolved through continued education at the Showcase School of Photography, the Atlanta College of Art, and the Southeast Center for Photographic Studies at Daytona State. Currently, I focus on business and personal branding photography, and the avenue of my creative work encompasses a diverse range of subjects. I aim to capture impactful images and unexpected moments that reveal the innate beauty and energy of my subjects. My goal is to create images that resonate, engage, and inspire.
Photography as Communication
- I use my lens to capture the world I observe, unique encounters, discoveries in my day to day life and other deliberate journeys. My imagery isolates a unique perspective of the man made, natural beauty or interesting lifestyles. I hope my images, provoke emotion and engage those that view them.
- Creative or commission work, I immerse myself in the environment and use my lens to capture a unique perspective or the unexpected.
- When it comes to branding, I strive to represent your personal and/or business brand in a manner that connects with people and prospective clients. My images capture energy, emotion and create a clear visual impression that forges a positive impression. I am passionate about empowering and elevating brands to effectively communicate their essence, and I truly enjoy playing a part in their journey towards success.
